What's with all the Daredevil hate?

After re-watching the movie, I realized that Daredevil isn't as bad as people said. In fact, I kind of like it. The director's cut was great, but I don't understand what's wrong with the normal, theatrical one. Don't think I'm a film "noob" either, since I've seen so many movies I can hardly count.
