Sleep paralysis hearing croaking behind me?

last night i had sleep paralysis and i heard wind blowing like how your in a car driving on the highway with the windows open and i heard croaking right behind me and it was getting louder and i was trying really hard to move and i made a small ugh noise while trying to scream then i got up finally and my sister was on her laptop right in the same room i was in (the living room couch) and she heard me make the ugh noise and the croaking freaked me out all i can think of is the movie ju on and the grudge O_O
