Epson Stylus SX115 problem, HELP?

unplug it from the mains an hold the power button for 20 seconds. Plug it back in and see if still gives the issues. If so then go through the usual cartridge change procedures, remove all the carts and then reinstall them, making sure you wipe the sensor strips on the reverse of the carts with a paper kitchen towel leaving no fingerprints when you put it back in. Make sure all the carts click into place. While the carts are out check again that there is no paper jammed, sometimes there will be a small piece that is not so easy to see.
